He said to them, “It is written,
‘My house shall be called a house of prayer.’ ”
The purpose of Prayer Ministries is to direct people to the Lord—to encourage our brothers and sisters in Christ to trust the Lord and draw near to Him. If you would like to participate in one or more of our prayer opportunities, please let us know. We’d love to make you part of the team.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
We know prayer changes lives. Our team wants to pray for others and their circumstances. Submissions to our prayer chain can be made anonymously or with contact information. When God answers (and we know He will), we want to hear praise report too! Requests and praise reports are shared with the chain via email on a daily basis.
Simply put, this is a time of worship-based intercession. Drop in to the Prayer Room (C2) every Wednesday from 9-10 am to pray with others who have a passion for prayer.
This ministry meets for pre-service prayer for our pastors and weekend services. They meet in the Prayer Room (M302A) at 8 am on Sundays. From there, they gather in front of the Green Room doors at 8:45 am on Sunday to pray specifically for the Pastor who is teaching during the service.
This team is identified by those who are wearing orange lanyards. They are available for prayer, intercession, and encouragement anytime during our weekend services. Our church family is invited to seek out our Front Line Prayer Team following each service at the front of the sanctuary.
