MStar Kids – Sunday School

PRESCHOOL AND YOUNGER LESSON:

Hello Parents!

We’re so excited to share this Sunday’s lesson with you! You’ll notice this blog was posted early, because we wanted you to see what’s being taught and shared before the actual day to watch it. So that if you get a chance to see the content beforehand, you’ll be better prepared to entertain your child’s questions or comments on the story and lesson. Teacher Deena shares our Big Idea that “I can tell everyone that Jesus is alive!” in this week’s video lesson!

For related material for this lesson, visit this link.

BIG IDEA: I can tell everyone that Jesus is alive.
BIBLE BASIS: Matthew 27:32–28:10
KEY VERSE: “He is not here. He has risen, just as he said he would!” Matthew 28:6
Memory Verse: “He has risen.” Matthew 28:6

ELEMENTARY LESSON:

Hey Parents!

Similar to preschool, we’re wanting to provide this Sunday’s lesson material to you early so that, if you’re able to view early, you can be more prepared to entertain your kids’ questions and conversation about the lesson.

He has risen! He has risen indeed! And what better time for a proclamation of such joy and eternal hope!

When you’re ready, start your morning of worship by watching this Easter lesson video with your kids. Afterwards, there are two great worship videos from Yancy to choose from: one is for older kids and one is for younger kids.

Here is a snapshot of the lesson details for this week:

Bible Story: Jesus is Alive (Matthew 27:27-28:10)

Big Idea: Jesus rose from the dead, so I can find a new life in Him.

Memory Verse: “So he gave us new life because of what Christ has done. He gave us life even when we were dead in sin. God’s grace has saved you.” Ephesians 2:5 (NIrV)

After the video lesson and music, you can use these materials to help take your family deeper into the lesson.

May you and your family be blessed as you celebrate the true meaning of Easter, and may the hope and joy of our risen Savior fill you with peace during these days of uncertainty. God is good—all the time!

Happy Easter,

Louie, for the Mstar Kids Team
