Hello Morning Star family, I’m William (Bill) Schutz. My wonderful and lovely wife Jan and I have been married for 35 years since both graduating from Oregon State University (Go Beavs!!). I retired in 2017 after spending 40 years in service with the U.S. Army and the Oregon Army National Guard. We have two awesome daughters.
