Our Pastoral care team consists of volunteers that intentionally care for those sick, injured, or in need.
Benevolence board
Helps with assessing and recommending where designated funds are administered to people within Morning Star who are in financial need for life's essentials.
Join this team that works together to review applications for financial assistance so that people are helped to get back on their feet.
VISITATION TEAM
This team does hospital, home, and elderly care community visitations. They offer prayer and encouragement for folks from the Morning Star family as well as neighbors around us at Boone Ridge, Bonaventure and other communities.
You can care just by being present for those who are recovering from physical ailment and unable to attend church, or participate in regular daily activities.
Visitations could be 1 or 2 times /month, and are flexible based on your availability to visit, and the patients' needs.
