global partner - reid saunders
Middle East Outreach
Reid Saunders will be doing outreach across the Middle East during February. Please pray for soft hearts, open minds, and courageous trust for people to come to a saving faith in Jesus despite immense pressure from family & community. Pray for the safety of everyone involved and for the Lord to be glorified as the Good News is shared with people in need. Pray they see Jesus in a clear way and commit to following Him.
Also, RSA just passed an amazing milestone, Since RSA first began in 2002, more than one million people have taken a step of faith to say “YES” to Jesus!
Join us in celebrating all God is doing through the faithful example of Reid and his team!
global partner - mike silva
San salvador, El Salvador festival March 10-16th
Mike and his team have been partnering with local churches & community leaders for many months now in preparation for the upcoming festival this March. Please pray for the logistics that still need to be worked out and for the finances and volunteer details to all come together. Pray for Mike as he shares at the festival on March 14th and for people to be open and ready to receive Jesus into their lives as their savior and to celebrate His goodness as they pass from death to life!
Ramadan prayer guide for Muslims to come to Jesus
Ramadan is right around the corner, and as we've done the last few years, we're encouraging you to join us in praying for Muslims by following along in the daily prayer guide that you can sign up for HERE.
God is doing miraculous things in the Middle East. Ramadan is a time of intense devotion and seeking of Allah, and over the last 15-20 years as Muslims have been praying to seek Allah, they have instead had visions of Jesus! As a result they are asking many curious questions. This has led to thousands of Muslims across the world actually coming to faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord & Savior!
Please follow along in this devotional prayer guide which highlights a specific Muslim area, a personal story, a Scriptural focus as well as some prayer prompts. Don't miss this opportunity to see how God is at work and to be praying for our brothers & sisters who need Jesus!
global partner - jeremy & mindie tice
The Tice's have hit the ground running, having participated in the Urbana missions conference on New Years Eve and these events below. Please keep them in prayer as they work with the next generation of Global Missionaries!
Jan 26-30 is "Go Week" at Bethel University, where we focus on Acts 1:8 in three different chapels. Please pray our speakers will all be able to make it in spite of the weather! Pray for the student body to be open and ready for what Holy Spirit is leading them in to.
Feb 6-8 is the "Discover Conference." This is a youth conference that World partners is helping sponsor. Jeremy will be there for the weekend sharing in breakout sessions and leading devotions for the youth leaders. There are about 500 students expected.
Feb 13-15 is another youth conference: Big Chill. Elsie will be attending this with her youth group. Jeremy will be the main speaker, leading three sessions and together Mindie and Jeremy will do one breakout session. Another 500 students are expected. Pray for us to be able to point eyes towards Jesus and for everyone to be all in on following him!
We have three mentees now in the application process with World Partners! Pray they will continue walk in obedience as Holy Spirit leads them.
global partner - Petr samoylich
Let's join in prayer for Petr as he ministers in Poland. This is from his secretary:
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Greetings from Pastor Petr’s office in Riga, Latvia!
I would like to ask you to pray for Pastor Petr’s 3-day mission trip to Poland, starting tomorrow Jan 28th.
He is delivering Bibles, and is planning to distribute more than a thousand of Bibles among Ukrainian refugees in Poland. He will be visiting several Ukrainian churches that have been started there.
There are around a million Ukrainian refugees staying now in Poland.
Please pray for a safe trip there and back; for opportunity to share testimonies among the refugees and for their hearts to be open to God; for Pastor Petr’s good health and strength to continue actively ministering and spreading the gospel to different nations and nationalities.
Thank you so much for your prayer support!
In Christ,
Zane Studena - Secretary
