Hello Morning Star Family,
Here’s your chance to participate in Missions around the world! There are lots of ways to be involved including attending our 1st ever Missions Conference 4/4 to 4/6 or praying for the other trips around the world in April. There are even fundraisers you can give to! We can all play a part. Read on to see how!
Missions Conference at Morning Star with Frontiers at Catalyze Salem
Frontiers Ministries is hosting Catalyze Salem, a citywide missions conference from April 4-6, aimed at equipping Christians in Salem to engage with Muslims, the world’s largest unreached people group. The conference will provide practical steps, long-term vision, and tools for praying, sending, and going, featuring experienced speakers and field workers who will share insights on the unique challenges and opportunities in reaching Muslim communities, including information on disciple-making movements and potential pathways to the mission field.
Global Partner – Reid Saunders Association – Spring Fundraiser
RSA’s Annual Spring Benefit is Thursday, April 10 @ 7 pm at the Salem Convention Center!
This year, our theme is “Peace with God,” a powerful reminder of the hope we have to share with the world. At RSA, we’re committed to helping people find peace with God, especially in some of the most unreached regions of the world.
On April 10th, we will gather to celebrate all God has helped us accomplish in the past year and look ahead to what’s in store:
- 285,005 heard the Gospel
104,861 made decisions for Jesus Christ
474 leaders were trained in evangelism
917 churches partnered with RSA to share the Gospel
We would love for you to join us on Thursday, April 10, for dessert, exciting updates, and an opportunity to support the work God is doing through RSA.
Global Partner – Reid Saunders Association – Philippines April 21st to 28th – Gospel evangelistic festivals
Pray for the festivals and outreach opportunities there are for people to hear, believe and accept the Good News into their own lives as a result of these festivals. Pray for deep roots of discipleship to form as their lives and communities are transformed.
Local Partner – Agape Families – Spring Fundraiser
Agape Families helps kids whose parents have been affected by incarceration. Their camps and mentorship programs make a big difference in the lives of these kids. We have an opportunity to hear about that impact and to help make a difference.
