Annual Student Ministries Garage Sale

We are gearing up for the Annual Student Ministries Missions Benefit Garage Sale! Since 2004, our students going on short-term missions have hosted this sale to fundraise for their trips as well as funding our ministries throughout the year.

Every year we’ve seen the sale grow into a bigger and better funraiser than we could have ever imagined. What began as a high school small group collecting and selling items has become one of the biggest sales in our area. Last year we broke our record by raising over $26,000 in a single day. Well, a “single day” isn’t quite true, since the team of middle and high school students work for two months to make the sale happen. The money raised not only funded the Spring Break Missions trip, but fills the Student Ministries account for the year. That account is what allows us to offer scholarships for camp, to keep events affordable, to be able to pay our awesome team of interns, to keep our buses and supplies in repair, and so much more.

This year our students are raising money for two trips; Lind, WA during Spring Break and Riga, Latvia over the summer. There are several ways you can help support our students in the coming months.

We need your stuff! We will start taking donations on Sunday, January 1 and continue taking them through March 2. Donations can be dropped off at anytime during the week as well as before and after regular Sunday services.

While most of the work is done by the students, we still need a some adults to help out. We have pricing shifts weekly leading up to the sale, opportunities to drive for donation pickups, and help with setup the week before and clean-up after 3 pm on the sale day.

Come to the sale on March 4! All proceeds benefit our middle and high school students. Click HERE for more info!
